The Quick Draw (EUR 52): A brief introductory meeting at the saloon bar where I share the essence of my personal practice and what I have observed over twenty-one years on the trail.
The High Noon Hour (EUR 98): A one-hour showdown where I discuss my methods, personal observations, and reflections in detail. I answer questions about my own experience.
The Long Trail (EUR 250): A comprehensive year-long cattle drive where I share ongoing practice observations, seasonal reflections, and personal insights as they unfold across the changing landscape.

Important Clarification: These services consist solely of me sharing my personal experiences, observations, and reflections. They do NOT include medical advice, therapeutic treatment, fitness instruction, physical training, nutritional guidance, or any form of professional healthcare service. I do not assess, diagnose, treat, or provide recommendations for any physical or mental health condition.

By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree that you are paying for access to my personal reflections and time, not for professional expertise, medical guidance, or guaranteed outcomes.

4. No Guarantees and Assumption of Risk

I make no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, services, or related graphics contained on this website.

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable Dutch VAT where required. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital services and the personal time commitment involved, all purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once a ride has been scheduled, materials have been delivered, or services have commenced.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request to reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is provided at my sole discretion. No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the session without refund or rescheduling option.

I reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect services already purchased.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ahmed Tareq shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or services.
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
Any content obtained from the Site or services.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Any injuries, health issues, or adverse outcomes resulting from your use of information from the Site.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of The Hague, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
